For our client Roche Diagnostics in Zug we are looking for a motivated and reliable Project Management Support The Perfect Candidate has a strong understanding of the Google Workspace tools and some scripting ability within Google G‑Sheets. He/She will be able to manage a complex project across many countries and with varied stakeholders. Communication skills are important. English is necessary given the international nature of the assignment. Job Details Start Date: asap Latest Possible Start Date: 16.01.2025 Planned Duration of Employment: 9 months Extension: possible extension to 12 months Workplace: Rotkreuz Workload: 50-60% Home Office: Possible Responsibilities Support custom build solution in Google Workspace Administration of a standard tool Basic training of users Manage the Project transition to enterprise tool Coordination of transition Application scripting for Google tools Qualifications Vocational degree First project Management experience First development/scripting experience Ability to engage in stakeholder management Experience with Google Workspace, SQL, websites, project management Fluency in English & German, other languages are a plus Nice to Haves Familiarity with document management tools within quality and regulatory functions Are you interested and would you like to seize this opportunity?
