Was Du tun wirst

  • Industrialisierung von neuen Produkten oder Nachfolgegenerationen
  • Steigerung von Prozessstabilität und Durchsatz durch neue Ansätze, Materialien oder Technologien
  • Betreuung von bestehenden Produkten und Intervention bei Produktionsproblemen aller Art
  • Einbringen neuer Ideen in die Produktion zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Innovationssteigerung

Was Dich für den Job auszeichnet

  • Erfolgreicher Universitätsabschluss in Materialwissenschaften, Ingenieurswissenschaft oder vergleichbar
  • Strukturiertes Problemlösungsvorgehen, Erfahrung in Versuchsplanung sowie solide Kenntnisse in Statistik
  • Motivierte Persönlichkeit mit hohem Mass an Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • Deutsch: C1 – Fachkundige Sprachkenntnisse
  • Englisch: C1 – Fachkundige Sprachkenntnisse

Nice to Have

  • Prozesserfahrung im Bereich Sensor Encapsulation & Molding von elektronischen Bauteilen von Vorteil
