Team Lead Vertical Solutions

About the Role You’ll report directly to the CEO and manage 4–5 vertical teams (each with a Product Manager, a Tech Lead/Engineer, and shared CAD/CAE support), set priorities, and prove impact with reference customers. Your mandate: deliver usable, scalable solutions that shorten development cycles while staying aligned with Neural Concept’s core value proposition. What you will do Lead the portfolio: manage 4–5 vertical product teams (1–4 people each); set directions and outcomes; prioritize across verticals in line with company strategy; establish a cadence of delivery and uphold cross-functional best practices Build the right things: work with strategic customers to identify the most valuable AI-powered workflows; select reference customers for each vertical and form partnerships when needed; ensure delivery of robust, user-friendly, scalable workflows on the Neural Concept platform. Customers & Go-to-Market: coordinate with Product Marketing and Customer Success on go-to-market narratives and launch plans, and articulate how vertical applications drive platform adoption and enterprise impact. Build for scale: define processes and tooling to build vertical applications efficiently—from reusable design modules to workflow standardization across verticals. Contribute to the product vision: help evolve the product from a toolbox to a growing suite of engineering co-pilots and design applications. Who you are Experience 7+ years of experience in product management or solution engineering for complex, technical software products. Proven track record of building and delivering high-impact, specialized, technical tools that customers adopt at scale (engineering, simulation, CAD/CAE, or AI is a plus, but not a requirement). People leadership experience managing product teams. Comfortable working with strategic/reference customers and cross-functional partners (PMM, Customer Success). Bonus: entrepreneurial background and/or experience in building business partnerships. Skills & Mindset Strong product management discipline: clear problem framing, outcomes, and prioritization across verticals.
