Ihr Aufgabengebiet Umsetzung qualitätssichernder Massnahmen in der Produkt- und Prozessentwicklung zur frühzeitigen Fehlervermeidung Durchführung der Qualitätsvorausplanung (APQP) gemäss unserem Process Evolution Process (PEP) Mitarbeit und Moderation von Risikoanalysen und FMEAs (DFMEA, PFMEA) Erstellung von Erstbemusterungs-Dokumentationen (EMPB, ISIR, FAI, PPAP) Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits sowie Kundenprojekten Sicherstellung von Produktsicherheit und -konformität, inkl. Vertretung des PSCR Initiierung und Begleitung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen sowie Prozessoptimierungen Ihr Profil Technische Grundausbildung (Stufe FH) und entsprechende Weiterbildung Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise in der Qualitätsvorausplanung (APQP) Kenntnisse der Normen ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 22163 / IRIS Erfahrung in Projektmanagement und Moderation von FMEAs Kenntnisse zu Produktsicherheit und -konformität Sicherer Umgang mit Tools wie PDM / CIMdb, SAP QM, BABTEC Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Hohe Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Wieso HUBER+SUHNER?
