Als Store Manager unserer Filiale in Wil (SG) bist du dein eigener Unternehmer. Du kennst die Zahlen deines Stores und setzt dich hundertprozentig für WE ein. Mit deinem Flair sorgst du gemeinsam mit deinem motivierten Team für das ultimative Einkaufserlebnis in deinem Store. Du bist für den Erfolg deines Stores verantwortlich und verstehst es, den Umsatz jedes Quartals noch zu steigern. Du bereitest dich jeden Tag sorgfältig auf die morgendliche Mitarbeiterbesprechung vor, um dein Team optimal für den neuen Arbeitstag vorzubereiten, an dem alle ihr Bestes geben und den Mitbewerbern immer eine Nasenlänge voraus sind – von der aktuellen Kollektion bis zu den neuesten Kundenservice-Tipps. Was du sonst noch mitbringst:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Detailhandelsfachfrau/mann EFZ (zwingend)
  • 2 bis 4 Jahre Erfahrung als Führungskraft in einem kundenorientierten Arbeitsumfeld, wie beispielsweise Detailhandel, Hotel- und Gaststättengewerbe, Tourismus oder Eventmanagement.
  • Mitarbeitermotivation und -inspiration liegen dir im Blut; du vertrittst unsere Marke nach aussen und bist ein Vorbild für den Assistant Store Manager und alle Verkäuferinnen und Verkäufer.
  • Du denkst immer einen Schritt voraus und setzt gute Ideen in konkrete Zukunftspläne um.
  • Du bringst gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse mit.
