Wir suchen einen Art Director, welcher unsere Projekte von der ersten Ideenfindung bis zur finalen Umsetzung begleitet.

Du bist vertraut mit der Druckvorstufe und Produktion kannst aber auch pixelgenaue Prototypen für Websites oder Ads in Figma erstellen. Dein Anspruch dabei ist es stets, den Kunden zu überraschen und zu begeistern? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Du gestaltest visuelle Leitideen für innovative Kampagnen auf allen Kommunikationskanälen.
  • Von der ersten Skizze bis zur finalen Reinzeichnung bringst du deine Ideen zum Leben und erstellst hochwertige grafische Werbemittel.
  • Du konzipierst und realisierst ansprechende Social Media Ads, Newsletter, Wireframes und interaktive Prototypen, die Nutzer begeistern.
  • Mit Liebe zum Detail entwirfst du druckfähige Layouts, die überzeugen – von personalisierten Briefen über Flyer und Broschüren bis hin zu grossformatigen Plakaten.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Creative Team, Projektleiter:innen und Entwicklern zusammen.
  • Du bist ein Nachwuchstalent und bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, um Projekte von A-Z zu begleiten.
  • Du willst nicht nur Briefings umsetzen, sondern aktiv mitdenken und gestalten.
  • Dich kontinuierlich in neue Designtrends, Medien und Technologien einarbeiten.
  • Mit unserem Unternehmen gemeinsam wachsen und uns mit deinen Ideen inspirieren.
Deine Qualifikationen:
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Design-Studium.
  • Mind. 3-4 Jahre relevante Arbeitserfahrung – idealerweise in einer Marketing- oder Werbeagentur.
  • Starke Fähigkeiten in der Konzeption.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Adobe CC und Figma.
  • Ein ausgeprägtes Flair für digitale Trends und ästhetisches Design.
  • Ein technisches Grundverständnis (HTML, CSS, JS sind für dich keine Fremdwörter).
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Teamgeist zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Fliessend Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (FR von Vorteil).
