Ihr Arbeitsort: Stans, Schweiz
Ihre Aufgaben
- Leiten von herausfordernden SAP-Projekten mit Schwerpunkt in S/4HANA, EWM, MRO und GTS von der Initiierung bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe in die Betriebsorganisation
- Sicherstellen der Planung, Ressourcen, Steuerung und Kontrolle der Projektphasen
- Erarbeiten innovativer Lösungsansätze in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Business und Partnern
- Kommunizieren mit den relevanten Stakeholdern auf verschiedenen Ebenen sowie Erstellen und Präsentieren von Entscheidungsgrundlagen
- Unterstützen bei der Einführung neuer Prozesse und Technologien, einschliesslich Schulungen und Change Management Massnahmen
- Abstimmen mit Mitarbeitenden im Projekt Management Office
Damit überzeugen Sie uns
- Abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche oder technische Weiterbildung, z. B. Wirtschaftsinformatiker HF oder Wirtschaftsingenieur BSc
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Projektleiter
- Fundierte SAP-Kenntnisse, SAP S/4HANA und EWM wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift
- Zuverlässige Persönlichkeit mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative, die gerne Verantwortung übernimmt
- Spass an herausfordernden Projekten mit viel Freiheiten sowie Interesse, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
