Ihre Aufgaben

  • Überwachung und Betreuung von Patienten mit erhöhtem Pflege- und Überwachungsbedarf
  • Pflege und Versorgung von Patienten nach operativen Eingriffen oder akuten Verschlechterungen
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit und enger Austausch mit dem ärztlichen Team sowie mit Kolleginnen anderer Fachbereiche
  • Patienten- und Angehörigenberatung
  • Reanimation und Notfallmanagement

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft / Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m / w / d)
  • Sie bringen eine ausgeprägte fachliche und soziale Kompetenz mit
  • Eine selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise ist für Sie selbstverständlich
  • Der Wille in einem professionellen Team aktiv mitzuarbeiten
  • Organisationsvermögen, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen Sie aus
  • Nachweis der vollständigen Masernimpfung oder der Masernimmunität gemäß Infektionsschutzgesetz
