As a Lead SAP EAM Consultant, you will support the implementation and migration of essential maintenance processes on SAP EAM (S/4). You ensure maintenance processes are smoothly migrated and embedded across the systems cluster for the business units involved. Responsibilities Solution Design & SAP Standard Develop sustainable SAP-standard–oriented solutions based on defined business requirements during the design phase. Provide technical guidance, support, and implement requirements in collaboration with the hybrid BizDevOps team during the build phase. Create artefacts in SAP Focused Build (collaboration diagrams, functional & configuration design specifications). Integration, Configuration & Migration Identify, address, and plan integration topics involving partner modules PP, MM, FI/CO. Support and assure the quality of customising and configuration activities in SAP EAM. Prepare, coordinate, and support data migration activities. Test implemented solutions, conduct solution reviews with customers, and support end-to-end test automation from the beginning. Represent the “voice of the team” in relevant committees and meetings. Introduce value-driven best practices to help the team deliver successfully. Mandatory Criteria SAP Expertise Multiple SAP EAM implementations completed, from design through hypercare (focus on technical/implementation, not presentations). Expertise in SAP EAM with appropriate certification. Know-how in typical deployment mechanisms. Experience working according to agile principles in a SAFe setup. Strong stakeholder interaction experience (business owners, business partners, offshore partners, etc.). Full professional proficiency in German and English. Target Criteria (Preferred) Solution-oriented, assertive communicator with a high degree of independence. Experience with SAP S/4 Activate in combination with agile teams. Experience with agile collaboration tools: Jira, Miro, Teams, Confluence. Very good knowledge of SAP tools (e.g., SolMan).
