Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for social media? As our Social Media Manager, you'll craft engaging content, drive community engagement, and shape our brand’s presence across multiple platforms. From ideating innovative campaigns to analyzing performance metrics, you’ll play a key role in connecting with and growing our audience. If you’re ready to bring your creativity and social media expertise to the table, we’d love to hear from you

Tasks:
  • Create and publish engaging content across all social media platforms
  • Ensure a consistent storyline across multiple channels, aligned with overall marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner to foster community engagement
  • Analyze social media metrics to track the success of posts and make data-driven optimizations
  • Ideation for new formats and campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices
Requirements:
  • Some years experience in Social Media or Content Marketing
  • Can use Adobe Creative Cloud programs on a basic / intermediate level
  • Knowledge of Meta / TikTok business managers and social media tools
  • Talent for storytelling and finding new creative ways to engage our audience
  • Fluent in German and English, French is an asset
