We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our Coffee Team as a Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting various performance, asset, and business reports. This position requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to contribute to process optimizations and KPI measurements.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) & SKUs related to coffee business metrics & conduct profound analysis
2. Review and validate Settlement and Billing reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency
3. Conduct regular checks on Telemetry and Master data
4. Monitor and analyze overall performance reports, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address performance issues
6. Identify opportunities for process improvements within the Coffee Team, suggesting and implementing enhancements to increase efficiency
7. Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators to measure the success and efficiency of coffee-related initiatives
8. Contribute to the development of online dashboards to provide real-time insights into coffee business performance
9. Work closely with the sales force to understand their reporting needs and provide support in generating relevant insights
10. Collaborate on strategic presentations, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
11. Engage in various strategic projects aimed at improving overall efficiency and effectiveness within the Coffee Team
12. Contribute to the development and implementation of long-term strategies for the coffee business

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field
2. Proven experience in business analysis, preferably in the FMCG industry
3. Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
5. Ability to work independently and contribute to cross-functional teams
6. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
