Responsabilités :
  • Administration et gestion de la plateforme de Data Catalogue pour garantir une gestion optimale des données.
  • Développement et mise en œuvre des standards, procédures et meilleures pratiques en matière de qualité des données.
  • Intégration des sources de données et collaboration avec les équipes techniques (DBA, IT) pour optimiser la gestion et le traitement des données.
  • Suivi de la conformité aux normes et standards de qualité des données, en particulier pour les données critiques au sein de l’organisation.
  • Coordination des actions de gestion de la qualité des données avec les parties prenantes internes, y compris les propriétaires et responsables des données.
  • Production de rapports et de tableaux de bord mensuels pour surveiller la qualité des données à travers la banque.
  • Résolution proactive des problèmes de qualité des données en collaboration avec les équipes transverses et la direction de la conformité et des risques.
  • Utilisation d’outils de gestion de la qualité des données, tels que Talend Data Quality, pour assurer la conformité aux exigences internes et externes.
Qualifications :
  • Diplômé d’une école d’ingénieur (ou équivalent) en informatique, gestion des données ou domaine similaire.
  • Environ 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de la qualité des données, la gouvernance des données et la gestion des données dans un environnement bancaire, idéalement dans le secteur de la banque privée.
  • Connaissances des langages SQL et Python.
  • Une expérience en administration de Data Catalogue est requise.
  • Connaissance des exigences réglementaires liées aux données critiques et des outils de gestion de la qualité des données (profilage des données, gestion des risques de données).
  • Français et anglais courants.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe, à communiquer efficacement (écrit et oral) et à gérer les parties prenantes de manière proactive.
  • Forte capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes, avec une bonne gestion de projet et une capacité à piloter des actions.
