Deine Aufgaben In the role as Teamleader Software Engineering, you encourage and challenge your employees and actively support them in their personal development. You will work closely together with the product owner, the software architect and the whole team to create meaningful impact. Approximately 60% of your work is hands-on: You will develop key components, help shape architectural decisions, and ensure code quality and technical direction within the team. You ensure that our customer service processes are as efficient and effective as possible without compromising customer satisfaction.
