Job Description:

As a Telesales/Telemarketing Representative, you will play a critical role in driving our growth in the DACH region, focusing primarily on the Swiss German market. This role involves market research, lead generation, and high-volume outbound calling to identify and secure new customers. You will work closely with the head office team based in the UK to pitch our products, gather market intelligence, and lay the groundwork for establishing a local office.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious professional to grow with us, with the potential to advance into a sales management role and lead a Swiss-based office in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct extensive market research to identify potential customers, partners, and opportunities in the DACH construction industry.
  • Perform high-volume outbound calls to pitch our products and secure sales with general construction enterprises.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers in the region, delivering excellent service and building lasting relationships.
  • Provide feedback and insights on market trends and customer needs to inform strategy development.
  • Collaborate with the UK-based team to establish and refine a sales strategy for the region.
  • Support the establishment of a local office and transition to a sales management role as the team grows.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluency in Swiss German and English (essential); additional French and/or Italian skills are a plus.
  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or outbound sales, preferably in a B2B or construction-related industry.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a start-up environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ambition to grow into a leadership role and contribute to the establishment of a local office.
