Skyguide is responsible for people's safety and relies on its team of highly qualified, well-trained employees.

Leads projects by applying Design Mastery to programs, projects, and initiatives. Collaborates across One Design and multi-functional projects/initiatives/teams to bring the project(s) to life and execute the strategy.

Job Qualifications

  • 2-10 years of full-time graphic design work experience.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong Design Mastery in graphic design, package design, and brand identity. Your portfolio will be assessed on creative excellence, design system thinking, brand building, storytelling, problem-solving, typography, and technical mastery.
  • Design thinking understanding and ability to ideate solutions with the user in mind.
  • Strong team collaboration and communication with the ability to explain your design choices.
  • Flexible in an environment of frequent change.
  • High level of capacity. Disciplined with the ability to set priorities, manage time, and be accountable.
  • Basic print feasibility understanding.
  • Highly skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to execute projects with excellence. Working knowledge or better of other design software, such as InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, Figma, and PowerPoint.
