Co-Founder | Hally | Technology Talent | EMEA | APACWe're currently expanding the Enterprise sales team of a global software automation vendor in DACH, with a new headcount open in Switzerland for a German-speaker in the Zurich team. This company solves complex software development challenges, enabling digital transformation and faster business growth across their application landscape.
The role is predominantly hunting into cross-vertical industries in Switzerland, large enterprises and global organisations where you will be reaching up to C-level in high impact deals. We are looking for someone who can bring excellent levels of energy, curiosity and strategic thinking to add value to the local team, and bring with them a solid track record of historical SaaS sales and quota attainment.
Requirements- Zurich based, or within 1 hour commutable distance for 2-3 days per week in office
- 10+ years software/SaaS sales experience
- Experience at CTO/CIO stakeholder management and closing high-impact 6-7 figure deals
- Proven track record of new business wins in the German-speaking Swiss region
- Highly desirable to be selling technology around SDLC, DevOps, Automation, Performance Monitoring etc
- Familiarity with complex SaaS sales cycles into IT buyers
- Appreciate for sales frameworks such as MEDDIC
- Native German speaker
