Software Project Leader 80-100% (6266)

Du begleitest die Projekte von der Konzeption über die Implementationsphase bis zum Design transfer. Dabei stellst du sicher, dass die Ziele, Termine und die Qualität stets eingehalten werden. Du arbeitest eng mit deinem Software-Team, aber auch mit dem Produkt Owner/Manager, den Klinikern, dem regulatorischen Team und weiteren Stakeholdern zusammen.

Aufgaben & Verantwortungen

  • Planung und Controlling des Softwareprojektes unter Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Prozesse und regulatorischen Anforderungen
  • Erstellung der High-Level Requirements mit den verschiedenen Stakeholdern
  • Verwaltung, Priorisierung und Aufteilen der Software-Backlogs in Sprints
  • Sicherstellung der Dokument- und Produkt-End-Qualität
  • Sicherstellung, dass die Geschäfts- und Produktziele in Bezug auf Software-Aspekte in die Projektplanung mit einfliessen
  • Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Softwareentwicklungsprozesses
  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung der erforderlichen Ressourcen und Skills, im Projektteam mit dem SW-Team-Leiter zusammen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Rekrutierung von neuen Bewerbern

Das bringst du mit:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium (Uni / Fachhochschule) mit vertieften Kenntnissen in technischer Informatik
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder Erfahrung in der Koordination von Software-Tasks
  • Fundierte Hands-On Erfahrung in der Software-Entwicklung; vorzugsweise mit OOP sowie in C++ und Embedded
  • Erfahrung in der Software-Entwicklung im regulierten Umfeld (Medizintechnik, Automotive, Aeronautik, etc)
  • Solide Kenntnisse in agilen Methodiken wie Scrum

Zusätzliches Plus:

  • Requirements Engineering
  • Architektur- und Designauslegung in komplexen Softwaresystemen
  • Softwaretests auf verschiedenen Stufen (Unit-, Integrations- & Systemtests)
  • Prozesskenntnisse wie Risko-Analyse / FMEA
  • Skriptsprachen (Python, CMake, etc.)
  • IEC 62304 Medical device software – Software life-cycle processes
