You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence, address process improvements, and uphold the highest standards of accuracy and client service. In this role, you will develop your analytical skills, contribute to a culture of innovation and teamwork, and make a meaningful difference for our clients and stakeholders.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide operational support across product channels including trade support, cash processing, asset transfers, corporate actions, reconciliation, alternatives, and derivativesMonitor and address changes and gaps in operational processes to ensure seamless workflowDrive continuous improvement initiatives and help reduce risk across all operations touch-pointsEnsure accurate and timely escalation and resolution of inquiriesAddress ad hoc queries from front office, technology, finance, custodians, and other stakeholdersAssist with audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting requirementsCollaborate with business, technology, and operations teams to prioritize, schedule, and define requirements for future enhancements and productsRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsUp to years of experience in operations, finance, or a related fieldBachelor’s degree with full working proficiency in EnglishProficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systemsHighly disciplined, self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skillsTeam player with a strong work ethic and high level of professionalismAbility to communicate effectively with all levels within the line of businessAbility to prioritize tasks, take initiative, and meet tight deadlinesPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsExposure to data analytics, automation, and programming tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, or PythonFinancial industry experience, preferably in operations or related areas #J-18808-Ljbffr
