DEINE MISSION:
  • Du bist der Schlüssel zum internationalen Erfolg Du übernimmst die Abfertigung und den Transport der Bestellaufträge der externen Distributionspartner und sorgst dafür, dass die Produkte sicher und pünktlich ankommen.
  • Du bist der Meister der Logistik Die Überwachung und Organisation der Transportabwicklung der Tochtergesellschaften liegt in deinen Händen.
  • Mit deinem technischen Know-how erstellst du Fracht- und Zollpapiere über das System EDEC und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft.
  • Du bist der Daten-Guru Im CSB-System kümmerst du dich um die Pflege von Preisen, neuen Artikeln und Ländern und hältst alles aktuell.
  • Du bist der Dokumenten-Experte Du legalisierst wichtige Unterlagen über die entsprechenden Behörden, damit alles rechtlich einwandfrei ist.
  • Du bist der Kommunikationsprofi In enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen wie Lager, Konfektion, Marketing, Buchhaltung und vielen mehr koordinierst du die Auftrags- und Versandabwicklung.
  • Der Kontakt zu Kunden, Speditionsfirmen und Lieferanten ist für dich eine spannende Herausforderung, die du mit Bravour meisterst.
  • Du behältst den Überblick Mit deinem Organisationstalent führst du die Bestell- und Umsatzlisten und überwachst die zeitgerechte Warenlieferung.
  • Du bist der Transport-Scout Du holst Offerten für Transporte ein und unterstützt die Planung mit wertvollen Informationen zu Promotionen und Lieferungen.
