Optoelectronics HW Engineer at Coris Innovation Group Coris Innovation is a consulting company specializing in systems engineering and industrial processes, founded in 2015. We are looking for an experienced Hardware Optoelectronics Engineer to support the development of next‑generation optical communication systems for satellites. This is a consulting position based in Lausanne, long‑term, full‑time. The Role Oversee the complete electronic hardware development lifecycle, including schematic design, simulation, prototyping, verification, optimization, and system integration. Plan and execute comprehensive testing and validation campaigns in accordance with internal QA processes and ESA specifications. Design and optimize high‑reliability analog, digital, and mixed‑signal circuits for laser communication terminals, photodetector front‑ends, and optical control electronics. Define and manage hardware and electro‑optical requirements. Work in a long‑term, full‑time consulting role based in Lausanne. Profile / Requirements MSc or PhD in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field. Experience with optical or optoelectronic components (lasers, photodiodes, fiber optics) is a major asset. 6+ years of experience in analog and mixed‑signal electronic design, or in optoelectronic sectors. Experience in the Space/Aerospace Industry. Solid Understanding Of Analog and digital control systems. PLLs, ADC/DACs. PCB design tools (Altium preferred). Seniority level: Executive.
