The site in Visp, Switzerland is growing and for our BioConjugates organization, we are currently looking for a MSAT BioConjugates Cleaning Expert (m/w/d) to support the MSAT Team for questions related to cleaning of production equipment.
In this position, you will play a crucial role in the network between different departments such as manufacturing, development, quality assurance, and control.
Key Responsibilities:- Fulfill the tasks of a cleaning responsible chemist (m/w/d) in daily business.
- Collaborate with the responsible project team (bioprocess engineer, plant supervisor, engineering, QA, QC) to ensure continuous and conceptual process optimization related to cleaning procedures.
- Edit instructions and working documents (SOPs, MCRs) for cleaning processes.
- Represent the MSAT cleaning team during audits and inspections by authorities and customers.
- Support project teams for preparation, documentation, or processing of deviations and technical questions related to cleaning procedures.
- Execute tasks in a GMP environment.
- PhD, MSc, BSc in chemistry/process technology/biotechnology from a university or university of applied sciences, or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience.
- Fluency in English required; German fluency is desired.
- Experience in pharmaceutical production and GMP environment, especially within Lonza, is desired.
- Solution-oriented working.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, high motivation, and assertiveness.
- Great initiative and independent work.
- Openness to continuous improvement processes.
