As a Structures Technician Composite, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing and modifying composite material components of aircraft engines and airframes. Your role will support the company’s mission: “We safely power your flight.” Responsibilities Perform composite work on cases, frames, and fairings according to regulations. Conduct inspections on composite parts. Assess damage on engine components. Carry out composite modifications on parts and assemblies. Support continuous improvement of repair procedures to increase productivity. Ensure strict adherence to standard practices, safety, and quality regulations. Apply 5S principles to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Qualifications 3–4 years technical apprenticeship (Polymer Technologist or Sheet Metal Worker). Proven experience in composite part repair. Ability to work independently with high accuracy. Strong team player with an open‑minded attitude. Good English skills (required); German is an advantage. Basic IT knowledge. Willingness to work in a two‑shift system.
