Für die Position des IT Infrastructure Architect suchen wir einen erfahrenen und ausgesprochen motivierten Kandidaten, der die ICT-Architektur der Sika weiterentwickeln, dokumentieren und standardisieren kann.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  1. Die ICT-Architektur der Sika weiterentwickeln, dokumentieren und standardisieren.
  2. Beratung bei ICT Projekten sowie Planung und Realisierungsbegleitung von IT-Infrastruktur-Projekten.
  3. Implementierungen neuer Lösungen konzeptionell begleiten, beraten und kontrollieren.
  4. Analysieren der Unternehmensstrategie und Ableiten von Vorschlägen für die ICT Infrastruktur Architektur.
  5. Regelmässige Überprüfung der aktuellen ICT Architektur und strategischer „Fit“ der ICT Infrastruktur Lösungen.
  6. Weiterentwickeln, Optimieren und Pflegen der Soll-ICT Architektur (Hardware, Software, Kommunikation, Daten, Schnittstellen) im Rahmen der IT-Strategie.
  7. Anforderungsanalysen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen.
  8. Marktanalyse und Überprüfung neuer Technologien und Lösungen.
  9. Pflege und Aktualisierung der IT-Infrastruktur Roadmap.
  10. Erstellung und Präsentation von Entscheidungsvorlagen und Konzepten.
  11. Begleitung und Beratung des Sika Business bei der Evaluation und Implementation von IT-Produkten oder SaaS Lösungen.
  12. Unterhalt, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung des globalen EAM Tools „Enterprise Architecture Management“.
  13. Projekt- oder Teilprojektleitung für IT-Infrastruktur Projekte.
  14. Erstellen und nachführen der Dokumentationen (Modelle, Schnittstellenbeschreibungen, Testverfahren, Benutzerhandbuch etc.).
  15. Pflege und Aktualisierung der IT-Architektur Community.
  16. Kommunizieren der ICT Architektur.
  17. Repräsentant der IT-Infrastruktur Service Line innerhalb des Enterprise Architecture Team.

Minimum Anforderungen:

  1. Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in Informatik inkl. mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Infrastrukturbereich oder abgeschlossene Hochschulausbildung im Bereich Informatik.
  2. Von Vorteil: IT-Architektur Zertifizierungen (z.B. TOGAF).
  3. Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur und Azure Cloud Services.
  4. Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von mittleren und grösseren IT-Infrastrukturprojekten.
  5. Sicheres und adressatengerechtes Präsentieren.
  6. Stufengerechte Kommunikation auf verschiedenen Hierarchieebenen.
  7. Erfahrung im Konzipieren, Planen und Umsetzen von neuen IT-Infrastruktur Lösungen.
  8. Erfahrung mit IT Architekturplattformen (EAM) zur Dokumentation der IT-Landschaft.
  9. Erfahrung mit Microsoft Plattformen (On-Premise & Cloud).
  10. Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  11. Hohes Mass an Eigeninitiative und Selbstständigkeit.
  12. Empathie, erfassen der Bedürfnisse der verschiedenen Stakeholder.
  13. Dienstleistungs- und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit sowie kundenfreundliche Einstellung.
  14. Gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit Verhandlungsgeschick.
  15. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich).
  16. Die Bereitschaft zu internationalen Reisen rundet Ihr Profil ab.
