Deine Mission
  1. Management unserer schnell wachsenden Engineering Organisation (80+ Mitarbeiter)
  2. Hoher Fokus auf eine starke Unternehmenskultur sowie die Weiterentwicklung des Führungsteams im Engineering anhand des Thales Leadership Modells
  3. Entwicklung einer Vision für die Engineering Organisation im Einklang mit der globalen Vision der Business Line Training & Simulation
  4. Verantwortung für den Engineering Performance Plan und Sicherstellung, sodass die Organisation Business Herausforderungen auch in Zukunft erfolgreich meistert
  5. Management der Gesamtperformance in Kombination mit der Fähigkeit, Transformationsinitiativen voranzutreiben und die Organisation auf operational Excellence auszurichten
  6. Fördern der Skillplanung und Skillentwicklung mit einem Fokus auf zukünftige Trends und Innovationen, um das Team auf kommende Herausforderungen vorzubereiten
  7. Finanzielle Gesamtkostenverantwortung für die Engineering Organisation
