Ihre Aufgaben :

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für den First level Support, Wartung und Fehlerbehebung der zugewiesenen Anlagen und Ausrüstungen, Unterstützung der Mechaniker bei der Fehlersuche und deren Behebung
  • Sie nehmen an Anlagenbegehungen und Inbetriebnahme Tätigkeiten teil, um eine reibungslose Übergabe der aseptischen Abfülllinie und Ausrüstungen und deren Infrastrukturen zu ermöglichen
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Ausführung, Dokumentation und Überwachung von Wartungs-, Kalibrierungs- und Inbetriebnahmeaktivitäten in Übereinstimmung mit Sicherheits- und cGMP-Anforderungen
  • Sie überwachen und kontrollieren automatisierte Produktionsprozesse
  • Sie unterstützen nachhaltige Programme, Tools und Prozesse zur Verbesserung der Anlagenbetriebsfähigkeit und deren Zuverlässigkeit
  • Sie weisen neue Mitarbeiter unter Einhaltung von GxP Vorgaben ein

Ihr Anforderungsprofil :

  • Technische Berufsausbildung als Automatiker EFZ (Elektroberechtigung nach NIV 13 oder 15 wünschenswert)
  • Bereitschaft für Piketarbeit
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Wartung und Instandhaltung im Betrieb eines Pharmaunternehmens im GMP regulierten Umfeld
  • Fachwissen im Bereich der Anlagenprogrammierung Siemens Step7, TIA- Portal, sowie Emerson DeltaV von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in MS Office mit Schwerpunkt Excel, sowie SAP-PM und CMX von Vorteil
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
