Collaborating with MedTech companies globally to source the best talent Senior Marketing Support Specialist Location: Lucerne, Switzerland - (3 days per week office based). About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Support Specialist to play a central role in a newly restructured marketing organization. Following a transformation toward process-based alignment, this position is designed for an individual who thrives on bringing structure, efficiency, and energy to a fast-evolving environment. Acting as the right hand to the Global Marketing Manager, you will provide strategic and operational support while driving continuous improvement across marketing processes. This is a key role for someone with a big-picture mindset who is passionate about digitalization and organizational optimization. Key Responsibilities Support launch activities for the pharma portfolio, especially rapid time-to-market generic launches. Identify, propose, and implement process and efficiency improvements across the marketing function. Mentor, guide, and develop a small support team. Drive digitalization initiatives, ensuring adoption and long-term sustainability. Manage key vendors and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to maintaining a professional, high-performance culture aligned with product management. Candidate Profile Essential Qualifications & Experience 5–10 years of professional experience in marketing or related functions. Degree in Marketing or Business (KHV apprenticeship acceptable with strong marketing background). Native German speaker (strict requirement). Strong ability to navigate and reduce change resistance, bringing positive energy and influence. Proven experience in vendor management and process optimization. Demonstrated capability to lead or significantly contribute to digitalization projects. Preferred Qualifications International work experience. French language skills preferable (as well as English and German). Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage, but not required.
