Senior IT Business Manager

The Business Manager at KLANIK aims to support the development and sustainability of the Business Unit in which they operate through:

  1. Defining an appropriate commercial strategy
  2. Smart prospecting: identifying the client's decision-making process, contacting the right person, scheduling as many meetings as possible with minimal resources (a phone and common sense)
  3. Converting prospects into clients: being able to qualify and challenge the needs, propose an optimal solution in a short timeframe, negotiate, and ensure the project starts under the best conditions
  4. Recruiting and managing a team of 10 to 15 full-time engineer talents to carry out these projects
  5. Detecting new business opportunities by maintaining a strong field presence with clients and engineering consultants
Business Manager Challenges
  1. Managing diverse technical environments, contacts, and situations, along with the daily risk-taking involved
  2. Human management of a team of Consultants
  3. Operating in a highly competitive context
  4. Implementing a commercial development and deployment strategy
Required Profile
  1. You hold a Master's degree from a recognized business school or university
  2. You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position
  3. You already have experience in an IT services company (ESN) on the Geneva market
  4. You have excellent interpersonal skills
