Unsere Funktion unterstützt die Produktion mit ihrer technischen Expertise und stellt die regulatorischen Anforderungen über den gesamten Lebenszyklus für unsere Produkte sicher. Dies wird erreicht durch die Instandhaltung, Validierung sowie die Harmonisierung der Prozesse (Asset Lifecycle). Für einen erfolgreichen Produktionsstandort Kaiseraugst treiben wir Fortschritt durch wissenschaftliche & technische Kompetenz und vorausschauendem Service voran. Dies erreichen wir durch kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Prozesse, einer agilen Belegschaft und viel Leidenschaft. Aufgrund unserer Schnittstellenfunktion bieten sich für Dich zahlreiche Kontakte im gesamten Herstellungsbereich.

Diese Aufgaben sind Teil der Rolle:
  • Validierungs- und Qualifizierungsaktivitäten für Verpackungsprozesse im Life Cycle, sowie bei Inbetriebnahme von neuen Anlagen bzw. Transfers & Launches
  • Autorenschaft von Prozessbeschreibungen und ggf. Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Behördendossiers
  • Dokumentation sowie Durchführung von Datenanalysen sowie Erhebung von Kennzahlen
  • Troubleshooting, Durchführung von Ursachenanalysen, Erstellung von technischen Impact Assessments und Validierungs Changes
  • Optimierung von Prozessen sowie Unterstützung bei der Implementierung neuer Prozesse und Systeme inklusive Dokumentation und Ownerschaft der zugehörigen technischen Changes
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betrieb und weiteren Schnittstellen
Dein Profil:

Du hast einen Abschluss in einem Natur- / Ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Studiengang oder relevante Berufserfahrung. Du suchst ein Umfeld, das von enger und funktionsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen geprägt ist. Du bist offen für neue Ideen, hinterfragst konventionelle Denkmuster und bringst eigene Ideen ein. Du schätzt es, in einer leistungsorientierten Umgebung zu arbeiten, die von gegenseitigem Respekt, Diskussion und Zusammenarbeit getragen wird. Du kannst dich schnell in diverse Teams einfinden und lernst gerne kontinuierlich dazu. Des Weiteren hast du folgende Qualifikationen:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im GMP-Bereich mit tiefem Verständnis für Qualitätssysteme und schlanke Umsetzung von GMP-Anforderungen
  • Gute Kenntnisse der regulatorischen Anforderungen und Erfahrung in Inspektionen für Verpackungs- und Assemblier-Prozesse
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im strategischen und konzeptionellen Arbeiten, mit ausgeprägtem Projektmanagement und Selbstmanagement Fähigkeiten
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Assemblier-Prozessen und Validierung von Verpackungsprozessen (Primär: Solida-Abfüllung in Flaschen, Blistern; Sekundär-Tertiär-Verpackung)
  • Sehr selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch, inklusive einem Flair für Präsentationen
