As Operations Manager for a new organization launching new products, you will guide and form the operational team enabling the fulfillment of this product in the market :

• Organization and management of all processes, KPIs and supporting systems
• Sourcing and contractual negotiations with all suppliers and external partners
• Oversight of production as well as in- and out-bond logistic matters
• Responsibility for quality assurance and compliance
• Organization, support and coordination of HR and IT services

What we look for

• 10 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a small company scaling up
• Experience with putting new products into production
• Master's degree in business, industrial engineering, operations management or MBA
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards highly valued
• You act agile and entrepreneurial with a hands-on mentality
• You have excellent problem-solving skills, critical and analytical thinking
• You work with a flexible and collaborative mindset in adapting to changing demands and embracing a responsive approach
• You are excited about working collaboratively and multidisciplinary environment to achieve greater outcomes
• Strong communication, negotiation and conflict management skills
