Join Us as Our New Ecommerce Merchandising Analyst

Are you passionate about ecommerce and product strategy? We’re looking for an analytical, detail-oriented Ecommerce Merchandising Analyst to drive our product performance and enhance our customer experience. In this role, you’ll shape our product assortment, streamline site navigation, and optimize pricing to ensure we’re delivering the best value to our customers. Your Mission:

  • Product Management
    Identify high-potential products that align with customer preferences and market trends. Keep a close eye on stock levels and oversee re-orders, ensuring product availability and customer satisfaction. Take ownership of product performance, continually analyzing key metrics and making adjustments to enhance product success.
  • Inventory Management
    Maximize inventory turnover by managing stock levels and strategically reducing excess inventory. You’ll design initiatives, from targeted deals to B2B offloads, to manage inventory proactively and keep our assortment fresh.
  • Pricing Management
    Develop and implement a robust pricing strategy that aligns with market trends and customer expectations. Ensure pricing consistency across the website, making adjustments across categories to stay competitive and optimize revenue. Keep us ahead of the competition with regular price alignment.
  • Site Merchandising
    Lead the charge on site and product navigation, enhancing homepage, category, and shop page elements to drive conversions. You’ll oversee product banners, carousels, home page, and category pages, prioritizing the customer experience with strategic product ordering and labeling.
  • Product Back-office Setup
    Streamline product setup in the back office by assigning accurate categories, creating optimized subcategory pages, and implementing search enhancements. Your efforts will ensure an intuitive and enjoyable shopping experience, guiding customers to the products they love.

Your Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce merchandising or product management, with a proven track record in ecommerce.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in inventory, pricing strategy, and site merchandising.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ecommerce analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational abilities.
  • High level of autonomy and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
  • Swiss or EU nationality or holder of a valid Swiss work permit.
