Tech Lead ICT-Operations (BBBH609035) Lausanne, Switzerland

Missions:

  • Gestion de l'équipe ICT-Operations composée de 3 collaborateurs, avec un rapport direct au CIO.
  • Garantir le bon fonctionnement opérationnel des services informatiques et soutenir l'équipe projet dans les aspects techniques.
  • Partager les responsabilités dans les domaines de la gestion des processus informatiques, incidents, problèmes et changements.
  • Contribuer à l'établissement et à la gestion du budget informatique.
  • Contrôler les processus d'exploitation et participer à l'optimisation continue des processus.

Profil:

  • Diplôme d'informaticien avec une formation continue ES ou équivalente.
  • Expérience significative dans un poste similaire.
  • Langues : maîtrise du français et de l'allemand (niveau C1, à l'oral et à l'écrit).
  • Bonne capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes, avec une compréhension rapide des situations.
  • Disposition à voyager environ 40 % du temps entre les sites de Zurich, Lausanne et Zollikofen.

  • Expérience en management et une réelle passion pour le domaine informatique.
  • Aisance dans un environnement informatique complexe, fonctionnant 24h/24 et 7j/7.
  • Capacité à diriger des réunions en français et en allemand.
  • Un casier judiciaire vierge et l'absence de poursuites ou d'actes de défaut de biens sont requis pour ce poste.
