Who you are

  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker, Medizin- oder Wirtschaftsinformatiker
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen IT, Digitalisierung oder Applikationsmanagement
  • Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen sowie Kenntnisse mit KISS, PEP, etc.

Your tasks

  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs der zugeordneten Core-Anwendungen und fungieren als Hauptansprechpartner für interne Kundenanfragen.
  • Durchführung von Geschäftsanalysen, Beratung der internen Kunden und aktive Identifizierung sowie Umsetzung von Verbesserungspotentialen.
  • Bewertung und Einbindung neuer Technologien in die bestehende Applikationsumgebung.
  • Durchführung von Service-Desk-Aufgaben gemäß den festgelegten ICMT-Supportprozessen.
