We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team at Institut auf dem Rosenberg. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in crafting high-quality pastries, with the ability to serve up to 300 covers per service. A strong knowledge of international desserts is highly valued. This position offers an opportunity to join a dedicated Food and Beverage team committed to delivering exceptional cuisine and service to the Rosenberg community, upholding the highest standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Craft exquisite pastries, desserts, and baked goods to delight our international students and staff.
- Develop creative menus and seasonal specialties aligned with the school’s high standards.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
Requirements - ideal candidates will have:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
- Passion for creating innovative, high-quality desserts.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Enthusiasm for working in an educational setting with young global citizens.
