Tasks:
  • Active support of existing corporate clients and acquisition of new corporate customer positions, including front-line tasks such as customer visits, presentations, and meetings.
  • Structuring financing, coordinating the loan approval process, and managing loan administration/processing.
  • Conducting quantitative analyses (financial indicators – OR, Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS) and qualitative strategy and market analyses in the context of preparing credit applications.
  • Leading day-to-day business operations, ensuring data quality (VSB / GWG) with support from middle and back-office teams.
Must haves:
  • Completed banking training with further education or a university degree (FH, HF, Uni).
  • Several years of experience in supporting and acquiring larger corporate customers in a banking environment.
  • Ability to expand the existing portfolio of clients.
  • Team-oriented and entrepreneurial personality with strong customer focus, negotiating skills, and a confident demeanour.
  • High degree of independence and flexibility, including travel within the market area.
  • Analytical strength and a precise, reliable way of working.
  • Native German speaker, fluency in English and/or French is a plus.
  • If possible, existing network in the regions of Bern, Fribourg, Solothurn, or Valais.
