  • du es liebst, Kunden taktisch zu beraten, Kampagnen strategisch aufzuladen und Projekte sicher ins Ziel zu bringen.
  • du Lust hast, ein Team zu challengen, Kunden weiterzuentwickeln und dabei selbst zu wachsen.
  • du Budgets und Timings im Griff hast – auch wenn’s mal hektisch wird.

Was dich erwartet:

  • Du steuerst vielseitige Kundenprojekte – von digital bis klassisch.
  • Du entwickelst smarte Kampagnen und stellst sicher, dass sie nicht nur kreativ, sondern auch messbar erfolgreich sind.
  • Du hast alle Fäden in der Hand: Timings, Budgets, Stakeholder-Management – du hältst den Laden zusammen.
  • Du denkst über den Tellerrand hinaus, optimierst laufend und bringst eigene Ideen ein.
  • Du bist Sparringspartner im Team, gibst dein Know-how weiter und lernst von anderen.
  • Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Agentur.
  • Ein tiefes Verständnis für (digitales) Marketing.
  • Ein Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse und die Fähigkeit, sie in smarte Konzepte zu übersetzen.
  • Kommunikationsgeschick – du kannst Kunden überzeugen und Teams inspirieren.
  • Ein strukturiertes Mindset – auch wenn’s mal chaotisch wird.
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
