Als Senior System Engineer in der Region Wetzikon übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der Entwicklung kundenspezifischer Systemlösungen und im Ausbau der Systemkompetenz. Sie leiten Projekte, arbeiten mit Abteilungen wie Vertrieb, Industrialisierung, Mechanik und Konstruktion sowie externen Partnern zusammen und fördern den Wissenstransfer im Engineering-Team.

Aufgaben:

Sie analysieren Kundenanforderungen, erstellen Lasten- und Pflichtenhefte und entwickeln Systemlösungen, die höchste Anforderungen an Thermik, EMV-Sicherheit und mechanische Stabilität erfüllen. Dabei stellen Sie die wirtschaftliche Produzierbarkeit sicher und koordinieren die Übergabe in die Produktion. Als Projektleiter steuern Sie den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess, dokumentieren gemäß Qualitätsstandards und lösen technische Probleme bei Kundenreklamationen oder Qualitätsabweichungen.

Anforderungen:

Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik (MSc. ETH/FH) sowie mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Leitung von Projekten mit, vorzugsweise im elektroniknahen Industriesektor. Sehr gute Kenntnisse in PLM-, CAE- und Simulations-Systemen, Embedded Systems und Bussystemen (z. B. CPCI-S, VPX, COM Express) sind erforderlich. Erfahrungen in Cybersecurity, Normen (Defense, Railway) und kostenoptimiertem Design sind von Vorteil. Ihre strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Führungsqualitäten, ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft runden Ihr Profil ab.
