We are expanding the D365 Consulting team of a leading Microsoft Partner, due to significant project demand. As part of the expansion, we are searching for a WHM specialist, who will Project Manage D365 deployments across Switzerland.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations, focusing on Warehouse Management (WHM) and Production Systems.
  • Analyze and optimize business processes related to supply chain, warehouse management, and production operations.
  • Oversee data process mapping and migration, ensuring smooth transitions and system integration.
  • Conduct workshops with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and requirements for logistics, supply chain, and production workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with functional and technical consultants to align WHM and production system processes with client objectives.
  • Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and resources, while proactively addressing risks and challenges.
  • Document ERP processes, specifically WHM and production workflows, ensuring compliance and knowledge transfer.
  • Stay updated on advancements in ERP systems, particularly WHM and production integrations, to offer innovative solutions.

What We Look For:

  • Fluency in German and English is essential to deal with stakeholders.
  • Proven experience on D365 projects, with a focus on Warehouse Management (WHM) and Production Systems.
  • Strong expertise in mapping and optimizing business processes across logistics, warehouse, and production operations.
  • In-depth understanding of ERP integrations, system migrations, and WHM-specific modules.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a strong advantage.
