Job Description

The Store Manager for this opening in Zurich, around March 2025 will manage a team of 7.

The Store Manager will support in leading the ZIMMERMANN teams to success, embodying the ZIMMERMANN brand by bringing optimism, creativity, and sophistication in everything they do. Overall, we are looking for a role model for the team members, to consistently provide leadership and set a standard where team members feel inspired to come to work.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure client satisfaction is achieved by every team member.
  2. Ensure that all team members achieve a superior standard of excellence in client service, brand knowledge, and product knowledge.
  3. Focus on excellent performances and results, based on clear KPIs.
  4. Promote an enjoyable working environment that fosters passion, focus, and discipline.
  5. Manage the recruitment process effectively in-store.
  6. Oversee the stocktake and ensure stock coordinators are organized and prepared in accordance with our policies and procedures.
  7. Check that timesheets are completed.
  8. Ensure merchandising, window display, and team presentation are in accordance with our policies and procedures.
Skills, Experience, and Knowledge
  1. Profound experience in a similar leadership role in Zurich (knowledge of customer habits, area, etc.).
  2. Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  3. Passion for the brand and fashion luxury retail industry.
  4. Strong communication skills – the ability to interact positively with the team and clients in-store.
  5. Fluent in English & Swiss.
