Our diverse competencies, including AI & Data, Cyber Security, Technology Strategy and Transformation, and Finance Platforms, collaborate to deliver cutting-edge solutions and drive technological advancements that empower our clients to achieve their goals.Your key responsibilitiesYou will become part of our Finance Technology team within our Technology Consulting practice supporting local as well as global financial services clients (Banking/Insurance/Wealth & Asset Management industry)Advising clients on finance transformation related services and solutions along the CFO agendaDeliver large tech-enabled finance transformation programs in a complex multi-national landscape with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA and/or Cloud services like AzureEstablish the finance function of the future driven by digital and regulatory transformation, by using hybrid and/or agile methodologiesProject management, process improvement, definition of technical requirements, system implementation, performance management, business analysis and quality assurance of project deliveriesWork on projects jointly with our strategic alliance partners by applying innovative technologies as SAP S/4HANA for Finance, MS Cloud services or DatabricksContribute to a collaborative working environment across service linesSkills and attributes for successDegree (BA, MA, PhD) in Business Informatics, Data Engineering, Economics or Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business AdministrationAt least three years of practical experience in the Finance and/or Insurance/Banking environment (accounting, closing, consolidation, reporting and budgeting/ forecast) and understanding of finance systemsStrong analytical, solution-oriented and curious mindsetEntrepreneurial mindset with high performance standardsA good understanding of the underlying IT systems in the Finance function, evaluation of IT architectures and data modelsKnowledgeable about SAP solutions (S/4 HANA) and/or Cloud services and other Finance solutions providersStrong team player and communication skillsFluent in English and German, other languages are seen as an assetWhat we offerEY Switzerland offers you to work in a diverse and inclusive environment with around 3,000 employees from 64 different countries.
