Within our Asset Management et Trading division, we are looking for a : Senior Trader – Delta One Structurer BCV’s trading floor brings together 75 experts who combine their skills in four areas of activity : currencies, structured products, bonds and equities. For the structured products development and trading activity, we are looking for a Senior Trader – Delta One Structurer with the following mission and skills : Your main missions Design and structure linear investment solutions, including static, active, and dynamic certificates. Manage a multi-asset book of linear products, overseeing associated market, operational, and lifecycle risks. Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of issued structured products : documentation, rebalancing, corporate actions (OST), redemptions, secondary market activity, and daily operational monitoring. Contribute actively to product innovation and the development of thematic investment ideas tailored to client needs. Provide technical support and strategic advice to sales teams and clients, while driving process improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. Your Profile Degree in mathematics, physics, finance, economics, or engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in trading and structuring multi-asset linear structured products, with a strong grasp of regulatory, tax, and operational considerations. Proven ability to work on the front line, collaborating closely with sales teams to craft and present investment solutions. Strong programming and analytical skills (e.g. Python, Excel / VBA) and the ability to translate technical requirements to IT developers. Experience with Front Arena Prime trading system is a strong asset. Familiarity with AMC platforms, QIS strategy structuring, and interest rate hedging is highly valued. Excellent interpersonal skills, with a commercial mindset and a deep understanding of client profiles (independent managers, asset managers, non-issuing banks, etc.).
