Let’s shape the future of wealth management together. As Executive Assistant to Chief Compliance Officer, you will be supporting the Chief Compliance Officer & Management Team. IHRE AUFGABEN As Executive Assistant to Chief Compliance Officer, you will: Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Compliance Officer and, upon request, senior management, acting as a trusted first point of contact Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, global travel arrangements, personal administrative requirements (relocation, etc.) and prepare expense reports with precision Organise internal and external events, including hybrid meetings, conferences, and team workshops, covering all logistical aspects Draft, proofread, and present high-quality documents, presentations, correspondences and reports in German and English using advanced MS Office skills Produce meeting minutes and data evaluations in Excel Oversee procurement of office supplies (technical literature, brochures, office supplies, etc.) Independently handle ad-hoc tasks, including small project coordination and HR-related administrative support YOUR PROFILE Completed commercial apprenticeship (ideally in banking) or equivalent qualification; management assistant diploma (with federal certificate) preferred At least 5-7 years of experience in an executive support role Expert-level proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint (design/layout) and Excel (formulas, tables, charts) Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage Highly organised, proactive, and able to operate reliably under pressure with minimal supervision Discreet, trustworthy, and fully committed to confidentiality and data protection standards Strong communicator, team-oriented, and solution-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
