Our client: A leading international banking group.

Manage bid tenders

  • Define strategies and select optimal approaches (competitive bidding or direct negotiation)
  • Prepare tender documents and collaborate on specifications
  • Implement local purchasing strategies and select suppliers in line with preferred providers
  • Negotiate and optimize purchasing terms
  • Recommend supplier choices, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and governance

Manage Purchase requests

  • Review, challenge, and ensure compliance of purchase requests

Contract Management

  • Draft, manage, and oversee contract performance and renewals
  • Follow up on DORA remediations

Category Management

  • Oversee procurement needs and tenders in assigned areas
  • Optimize the supplier base and propose cost-saving initiatives
Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or a similar role
  • Excellent proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environments and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong understanding of procurement and accounts payable processes
  • Understanding of contract structures
  • IT categories knowledge (software, hardware, telecom, professional services, etc.)
  • DORA and FINMA 2023-1 circular knowledge is a plus
  • Proven ability to negotiate and manage supplier and internal stakeholder relationships
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Structured, organized, and autonomous
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Curious, open-minded, and committed
  • Strong ability to collaborate and work in a team
