WinGD is looking for a

AR/AP Accountant

Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivables:
  1. FEBAN, processing and reconciliation of accounts receivables.
  2. Reconciliation of long-term deposit accounts and external borrowings.
  3. Assist in treasury management and transfers.
  4. Backup for the weekly payment run.
  5. Ad hoc reports and projects linked to improvement and efficiency gains.

Accounts Payable:
  1. Processing of vendor invoices in 3rd party system Chrome River.
  2. Processing of monthly vendor emails/letters and payment reminders.
  3. Business partner/Master data maintenance: such as creating, amending, blocking vendors/customers.

VAT Accounting:
  1. Compilation and submission of mandatory official statistics to Swiss National Bank and Federal Statistical Office.
  2. Assist VAT accountant in the compliance processes, ensuring adherence to Swiss and EU VAT regulations.
  3. Prepare and input accurate and timely VAT returns in CH, DE & NL, Intrastat, and EC Sales List filings in compliance with local tax authorities’ requirements.
  4. Conduct regular reviews of VAT transactions to identify potential risks and opportunities for optimization.
  5. Maintain Tax Codes in SAP.
  6. Ensure filing of VAT relevant documents.

Ad Hoc:
  1. Support Monthly Closing.
  2. Support Annual Audits.
  3. Independent and accurate way of working (reliability, flexibility, team player, communicative).

Requirements:
  1. SAP FICO (S4 Hana) experience highly desirable.
  2. Education: Bachelors in Finance and Accounting or Sachbearbeiter/in Finanzwesen.
  3. Experience in finance and accounting minimum of 3-5 years.
  4. Good Microsoft Office skills.
  5. Dual lingual: Fluent in English, German B2 or higher.
