Unser kollegiales und engagiertes Team "Legal Investment Services & Marketing" unterstützt die Erstellung und Entwicklung von Produkten und Dienstleistungen der Zürcher Kantonalbank und wirkt an innovativen und spannenden Projekten mit. Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern aus dem Asset Management, dem Produktmanagement, aus Investment Solutions und anderen Abteilungen ist essenziell.

Deine Aufgaben – mehr gestalten
  1. Ansprechperson bei der Erstellung/Überarbeitung von Vermögensverwaltungsmandaten und Produktdokumentationen
  2. Rechtliche Beratung und Begleitung von Finanzdienstleistungen und Produkten wie Execution only, Anlageberatung und des Basisgeschäfts (wie Kontoprodukte, Schrankfach, Paketlösungen und Kredit- und Debitkarten)
  3. Beantworten von Rechtsfragen vom Marketing zu den verschiedenen Bereichen
  4. Aktive Mitarbeit bei internen Projekten und Arbeitsgruppen
  5. Ausgestalten von bankinternen Prozessen und Weisungen
Dein Profil – mehr mitbringen
  1. Hochschulabschluss in Rechtswissenschaften – Schweizer Anwaltspatent von Vorteil
  2. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (3-5 Jahre) im Rechtsdienst eines Finanzdienstleisters oder in einer Anwaltskanzlei
  3. Erfahrung im Bereich MiFID (Fokus Deutschland) ist von Vorteil
  4. Freude an gestalterischen Aufgaben
  5. Du punktest mit deiner Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit sowie deiner ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  6. Deine Arbeitsweise ist effizient sowie lösungsorientiert und du denkst strukturiert
  7. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
