Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Bern. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and implementing retail loss prevention measures. The role also involves effective communication with team members and customers to create a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Previous experience in fashion retail is a plus
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances
  • Proficiency in English and local language is preferred
