Attached to the District Manager, the Store Manager is directly responsible for the management of its site, in particular to supervise and coordinate the restaurant staff. He or She is responsible for the image of the Burger King brand.
The Store Manager is responsible for customer satisfaction and the quality of service offered on its site. It implements necessary corrective actions within the establishment in order to ensure customer loyalty and development. Operational in the field, He or She steers the teams during service and also intervenes at the various positions.
Operational Management:He or She enforces the procedures in force within his/her restaurant. He or She is responsible for applying the quality indicators and implementing the necessary corrective actions. He or She is responsible for complying with and applying the health and safety (goods and people / food) regulations and standards for Burger King, and therefore for the good running of his/her restaurant. He or She is responsible for the proper functioning of the equipment and the optimal use of it within his/her site. The Store Manager oversees the monitoring of supplies and stocks of goods / maintenance products.
Team Management:He or She oversees all personnel management in compliance with labor legislation: (contracts, leave, absences, compulsory posting, etc.). As such, he supervises and controls the human resources part. He or She is responsible for schedules and checks consistency with forecasts and activity flows. The Store Manager manages the recruitment of crew members and Shift Leaders according to site needs. He or She organizes and directs performance appraisal interviews for his/her teams, training actions for his/her teams, monitoring and developing their skills. It sets up disciplinary procedures for which it works with the HR department. It is responsible for establishing and maintaining a quality social climate within teams.
The Store Manager manages the results of his/her establishment, in particular through the analysis of the operating account and forecasts of turnover. He is responsible for the commercial development and profitability of his/her site. For this, He or She monitors sales and performance indicators. He or She must enforce the economic regulations in force (information and display of prices, consumer protection, application of VAT, etc.). He or She reports his/her results to his line manager and presents his/her operating account and forecasts to his/her District Manager at a meeting.
Qualifications and Technical Skills Required:Training: BAC +2 (or equivalent)
