Quality Technician We are seeking an experienced Quality Technician, comfortable on the shop floor and motivated by the challenge of building a modern and pragmatic quality system. In a rapidly evolving environment, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability of our components and timepieces, while continuously improving our processes. Responsibilities Perform aesthetic and dimensional inspections on watch components (Movement & Exterior parts). Identify, document, and follow up on non-conformities in close collaboration with production and suppliers. Work closely with the Technical Office to define inspection methods and improve process reliability. Actively contribute to the development and evolution of the Quality System, including procedures, tools, documentation, and KPIs. Be a driving force for improvement, enhancing inspection methods and reinforcing rigor and consistency across the workshops. Qualifications Technical background (Watchmaker, Polymechanic, Quality Technician, or equivalent). Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within the watchmaking industry. Strong skills in dimensional measurement and programming of metrology equipment. Good understanding of manufacturing processes and aesthetic quality criteria. Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong sense of priorities. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
