We are focused on creating value where IT counts, join usTasks and ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for end users with IT related issues, requests or questionsOccasionally provide meeting and conferencing support to the top-level management in a corporate environmentActively contribute to the knowledge databaseResolve software, hardware and device issues reported by the end usersSupport the troubleshooting of connectivity issues and network elements including ISP circuits, firewalls, network switches, wireless equipment and telephony systemRemote access solution (VPN) implementation and supportEscalate service issues when requiredCommunication with end users as required, keeping them informed of ticket progressAdvise and train staff on computer operations and software applicationsQualificationsGood understanding of Information Technology; trends, products and solutions1+ years’ experience in a similar position supporting a variety of technologies and servicesIn depth knowledge of:Windows OS (Windows 7 & 10)Microsoft Office & Office 365 applicationsPC\Laptop hardwarePC\Laptop peripherals, including printersMobile devicesBasic knowledge of Active Directory and ExchangeITIL certification is an advantageHighly self-motivated and directed with a keen attention to detailCustomer focused with a passion and drive for customer satisfaction and delivering business valuesA service-oriented mindset and always striving to deliver on tasks and projectsAbility to work independently as well as willing to follow directions and best practicesGreat communication and interpersonal skillsFluent German and English (written and spoken) communication skillsFriendly, supportive and flexible personality with quick learning abilityGood team player with planning and organizing skills & multi-taskCandidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than 3 monthsBenefitsBroad range of activities, tasks, and projectsFlexible working conditionsVouchers (B-day voucher, wedding, and new born surprise)Fishing for Friends program – our referral programRefreshments in the D-ploy officeFurther development and professional advancementFriendly and international working environmentCompany-sponsored eventsCompetitive salary and various benefitsIs IT in your DNA? #J-18808-Ljbffr
