As Tech Lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365, you will drive the implementation of cutting-edge CRM solutions while shaping the future of digital transformation at Galenica. Take on a leadership role in a dynamic environment, guiding the technical direction of projects and empowering your team to deliver exceptional results. Bring your technical expertise and leadership skills to help us build a seamless customer experience.

We will fill this position without personnel service providers.

  • Drive the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

What you have to offer
  • Degree in computer science or business informatics (FH/Uni) with several years of experience in C# and .NET development.
  • Proven expertise in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing.
  • Strong skills in implementing APIs and workflows within Dynamics 365 with experience in system integration using Power Platform, APIs, or Azure Logic Apps.
  • Familiarity with agile tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
  • Leadership experience with a focus on supporting and empowering development teams.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are a plus.
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional mastery in German or French is advantageous.
