Deine Aufgaben

Energy sucht eine visionäre Führungspersönlichkeit, die als Chief Experience Officer (CXO, m/w/d – 100%) die Events und digitalen Plattformen (Website, Social Media, etc.) verantwortet. Er/sie vertritt diese beiden Produktgruppen als Mitglied in der Geschäftsleitung. In seiner/ihrer Funktion schafft der/die CXO unserem Publikum einzigartige physische als auch digitale Erlebnisse. Mit einem klaren Fokus auf eine herausragende Customer Experience und eine effektive Vermarktung trägt er/sie massgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung und erfolgreichen Positionierung von Energy als Love Brand bei. Der/die CXO rapportiert direkt an den CEO der Energy Gruppe und präsentiert die Ergebnisse der verantworteten Bereiche quartalsweise dem Verwaltungsrat. Verhandlungssicheres Englisch sowie ein kompetenter und professioneller Auftritt gegenüber Eigentümern und Stakeholdern werden vorausgesetzt.

  • Gesamtverantwortung für Events: Mit deiner Kreativität entwickelst du neue Event-Formate und die Bestehenden weiter, um unserer Community unvergessliche Event-Erlebnisse zu bescheren. Zusammen mit deinem Team erarbeitest du gesamtheitliche Projekte, von der Bekanntmachung des Events über die Gewinnung von Besuchenden und Kundschaft, bis hin zur Durchführung.
  • Gesamtverantwortung Digital: Der Love Brand Energy soll auch im digitalen Raum unvergessliche Erlebnisse bieten und sich von der Konkurrenz abheben. Du verantwortest die Social-Media-Strategie und entwickelst weitere ertragsreiche Community-Aktivitäten im digitalen Raum.
  • Kollaboratives Arbeiten: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung, internen Teams und externen Partner*innen, um eine kohärente und einzigartige Customer Experience sicherzustellen.
  • Budget- und Managementverantwortung: Verantwortung für die Führung von Teams und die Steuerung der Kostenstellen in den Bereichen.
  • Repräsentation von Energy: Vertretung des Unternehmens gegenüber Stakeholdern, Behörden und in der Radiobranche.

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung und Expertise: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Führungsposition mit Fokus auf Customer Experience, Social Media, Events oder digitalem Marketing, idealerweise in einem dynamischen und innovationsgetriebenen Umfeld.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse zur Sammlung, Analyse und Nutzung von Daten, um damit das bestmögliche Nutzererlebnis zu erzeugen und damit bestehende und neue Revenuestreams zu etablieren.
  • Digital Crack: Fundiertes Wissen in der strategischen und operativen Nutzung von Social-Media-Plattformen sowie ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Trends und deren gezielte Anwendung.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Exzellente kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ein souveräner, professioneller Auftritt gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern, inklusiven Eigentümern, Behörden und dem Verwaltungsrat.
  • Unternehmerische Denkweise: Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität gepaart mit Entscheidungsfreude, Zielorientierung und Innovationskraft.
  • Akademischer Hintergrund: Eine fundierte Weiterbildung (z. B. MBA mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Digital Strategy oder Leadership), ergänzt das Profil.
